Meta ads agency for online stores

A Meta ads agency that also makes your videos.

We run Facebook and Instagram ads for online stores — and we make new ads every week, because that's the part that decides whether it works. You'll always know what you spent and what came back.

Flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your ad spend. Your ad account stays in your name.

Sound familiar?

“I boosted a post and nothing happened.”

Boosting shows your post to more people. It doesn't do the work of selling. It's the most common way to waste a few hundred dollars.

“It worked for two weeks, then it just stopped.”

That's normal, and it's fixable. People stop noticing an ad once they've seen it a few times. When that happens you need a new one, not a bigger budget.

“I'm spending money but I can't tell what's working.”

Then you're guessing, and guessing gets expensive fast. Before we spend anything we make sure your sales are being counted properly.

“I don't have anything to make ads out of.”

Most people don't. We make the videos and photos ourselves — it's part of the job, not an extra bill.

The hard part isn't running the ads. It's never running out of new ones.

A few years ago the skill was choosing who saw your ad. You'd pick ages, interests, places, and get clever about it.

Facebook does that itself now, and it's better at it than any human. So that skill barely matters any more.

What's left is the ad itself. And here's the thing nobody tells you: an ad has a shelf life. People scroll past it, then they see it again, then again — and by the fifth time they don't even register it. Your cost per sale creeps up. Sales drop. Nothing broke. The ad just got old.

The only fix is a new ad. Not a bigger budget — a new ad.

That's where most agencies get stuck. Every new video costs them money and takes weeks to organise, so they stretch what they have and hope. We make ours in-house, which means we don't have to ration them. New ads go in every week, before the old ones get tired.

That's the whole job, really. Everything else is admin.

What we actually do.

01

Make the ads

Videos and images, produced by us. Different angles, different hooks, different styles — because you can't tell in advance which one people will like.

02

Run and watch them

Daily. We put more money behind what's selling and switch off what isn't. That's most of the job, done properly.

03

Set the account up right

Campaigns built so Facebook has a fair chance to find your buyers, and so we can tell which ad did what.

04

Check your sales are counted

If Facebook can't see which ads led to sales, it can't find you more buyers. We check this first, always.

05

Tell you what happened

A short report you can actually read. What you spent, what came back, what we're changing next.

The numbers, explained properly.

Agencies love throwing these around. They're simpler than they sound, and knowing them means nobody can blind you with jargon — including us.

Return on ad spend

For every $1 you spend on ads, how many dollars come back. If you spent $1 and got $3 in sales, that's $3 back for every $1 spent. That's it.

Cost per sale

What you paid in ads to get one order. Spent $200, got 10 orders? Your cost per sale is $20.

Average order value

What a customer typically spends in one go. If most people buy one $40 item, that's your number. Getting this up is often easier than getting more customers.

Break-even — the one that actually matters

Say you sell something for $50. It costs you $20 to make and ship. That leaves $30. So if getting one sale costs more than $30 in ads, you're losing money on every order — even though the sales look great.

Most people never work this number out, which is how you end up busy and broke. We work it out with you in week one, before spending anything.

Blended return

Your total sales divided by your total ad spend. Facebook's own number is always more flattering than this one. We report both, and we tell you when they disagree.

New ads every week. That's the difference.

Most agencies wait for you to send them content, or charge extra to make it. Either way, you end up running the same three ads for months and wondering why they stopped working.

We produce video and images ourselves. Product shots, lifestyle photos, ads that look like a real person filmed them, unboxing clips, before-and-afters. That's our product photo and video service, and it's included when we run your ads.

That means we can try ten ideas in the time another agency tries one. And testing more ideas is the entire game — you cannot think your way to the winning ad, you can only find it.

How we set your account up.

We give Facebook room to work

Instead of boxing it into narrow audiences, we let it search widely for buyers. It finds people you'd never have thought to target.

We use Meta's shopping campaigns

Meta has a campaign type built specifically for online stores that does a lot of the heavy lifting automatically. Used properly it's usually the best-performing thing in the account.

We separate testing from scaling

New ideas get a small budget to prove themselves. Only the ones that work get real money. This is how you avoid expensive surprises.

We show people who nearly bought

Someone who added to their cart and left is your cheapest possible sale. Bringing them back costs a fraction of finding someone new.

Making sure your sales get counted.

This sounds technical. It isn't, and it matters more than anything else on this page.

When someone buys from your store, Facebook needs to be told. That's how it learns what a buyer looks like and goes to find you more of them.

On most stores we look at, this is set up wrong. Sales get counted twice, or not at all. Facebook is then learning from bad information, and it spends your budget accordingly.

So it's the first thing we check. Not the exciting part of the job, but skip it and everything after it is guesswork.

We do this on Shopify and WooCommerce stores. If you don't have a store yet, we build those too.

We do the same job on the Google side, where the counting also decides how well the ads work — see Google ads management.

The same content also feeds TikTok Shop, where video is the whole engine.

Your first 90 days.

  1. 1

Week 1We look before we spend

We go through your store, your products, and your numbers, and work out your break-even. If we think ads are the wrong move for you right now, we'll say so.

  2. 2

    Weeks 2–4We test

A set budget across several different ads. We're looking for the two or three that work, not a dashboard full of activity. Anyone promising sales in week one is gambling with your money.

  3. 3

    Weeks 5–8We push the winners

More budget behind what's selling. New ads keep coming so nothing gets stale.

  4. 4

    Weeks 9–12We scale carefully

Spending more usually costs more per sale. We increase gradually and watch the break-even number, so growth doesn't quietly turn into losses.

Your side is small.

  • Access to your ad account, or we'll help you set one up
  • Your products and what each one costs you to make and ship
  • Any photos or videos you already have — phone ones are fine
  • An hour on the first call, then about fifteen minutes a week

No content? We make it. No ad account? We'll set it up with you and it stays in your name. No store yet? We build those too — on Shopify or WooCommerce.

Straight answers about money.

We charge a flat monthly fee

Not a percentage of your ad spend. Percentage pricing means your agency earns more when you spend more, which is a strange thing to want from someone advising you on how much to spend.

The ad budget is separate, and it's yours

You pay Facebook directly from your own account. That money never touches us.

There's a point below which ads don't work yet

Under roughly $1,000 a month in ad spend, there isn't enough data for Facebook to learn anything, so you're paying for guesswork. If that's where you are, we'll tell you honestly and suggest you spend it elsewhere first. We'd rather say that than take your money.

Three months minimum, then month to month

Less than three months and we'd be leaving right as the testing pays off.

Your accounts stay yours

Ad account, page, content, data. If we stop working together, you keep everything and nothing breaks.

Questions.

What does a Meta ads agency actually do?+

Makes your ads, runs them, watches them daily, and tells you what happened. The good ones also make sure your sales are being counted properly before spending anything.

How much do Facebook ad agencies charge?+

Most charge either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of your ad spend. We charge a flat fee, agreed before we start, so it doesn't go up when your budget does.

How much do Facebook and Instagram ads cost?+

You set the budget — that part's up to you. What matters is what a sale costs you compared to what you make on it. Under about $1,000 a month there usually isn't enough data for the ads to learn, so results are unreliable.

How do Meta ads work?+

You give Facebook an ad and a budget. It shows the ad to people it thinks will buy, learns from who actually does, and gets better at finding similar people. Which is why what you show them matters more than who you pick.

How long before I see results?+

Three to four weeks before we know which ads work. Real growth from month two or three. Anyone promising sales in week one is guessing with your budget.

How do I give an agency access to my ad account?+

Through Meta Business Manager — you add us as a partner, which takes about five minutes. We'll walk you through it. You stay the owner throughout and can remove us any time.

Do you make the ads or do I?+

We do. Videos and photos, produced in-house, new ones every week. Send us your products and we handle it.

Do you work with new stores?+

Yes, as long as you're already making some sales. If you've had no orders at all yet, the problem usually isn't ads — and we'll tell you that rather than take the work.

What if my ads are already running?+

We'll look at what's there first. Sometimes an account needs a rebuild, sometimes it just needs fresh ads. We'll tell you which.

Tell us what you're selling.

Send your store and where you're at right now. Within 24 hours you'll get an honest read on whether ads are right for you yet, and what it would cost. No long sales call.
